Summary
This update improves data accuracy and reliability across EPDs and reports, expands supplier and classification capabilities, strengthens security and authentication, and resolves several issues to provide a smoother experience across all instances.
New Features
Enterprise only: A new Supplier ID field is now available in enterprise instances, improving supplier identification and downstream reporting.
Enterprise only: Training content in enterprise instances now supports images and videos, making onboarding and learning materials easier to access.
Enterprise only: Authentication and application storage access have been updated in enterprise instances to use more secure, modern authentication methods.
Improvements to existing features
Several HVAC and mechanical system classifications have been updated, including VRF Systems, Heat Pumps, and Water-cooled Chillers, to improve data completeness and accuracy.
A new 365-day option has been added to the Compressive Strength – Other Days dropdown to support additional concrete reporting scenarios.
Validation for the Project Purchase Order field has been removed to simplify data entry and reduce workflow friction.
Enterprise only: The Archive workflow state can now be selected at any time in enterprise instances, making project state management more flexible.
Enterprise only: Automated reports in enterprise instances have been improved to ensure supplier, intensity, and building-level data is fully and consistently included.
Bug fixes
Multiple issues affecting EPD uploads, images, and synchronization have been resolved, including upload failures, duplicate records, unsupported images, incorrect defaults, and server errors.
The classification progress indicator now correctly reaches 100% when all required fields are completed.
Entering quantities no longer causes the cursor to jump unexpectedly.
Material definition errors related to plumbing piping materials have been corrected.
Exporting large project Excel reports no longer results in timeout errors.
Enterprise only: Issues causing missing or inconsistent values in enterprise reports have been fixed.
Post-Release Hotfixes
Projects now save changes properly across all tenants.
A backend error that caused project saves to fail with a 500 error has been resolved.
Enterprise only: Authentication using Azure identity now works correctly in enterprise instances after fixing missing configuration in the deployment setup.
Enterprise only: System credentials are now correctly applied across environments for enterprise instances, preventing runtime authentication failures.
