It fixes several issues where saved monthly data could disappear, appear in the wrong month, or be removed when a different month was deleted, and resolves problems that prevented some projects from saving. It also adds a Profession column to the Users page, makes more fields editable in enterprise instances, and includes security updates. ### New Features * A new Profession column is available in the Users table, with filtering and sorting. ### Improvements to existing features * Scheduled maintenance notices have been updated. * Enterprise only: The Documentation Requirement Type field is now editable and defaults to "Check Tier Requirements". * Enterprise only: The Invoice Data Review and EPD & Quantity Data Review columns now use the agreed status options and are shown by default. * Enterprise only: The Scope Category field is now editable on multi-material group rows. * Enterprise only: Project date fields are now grouped next to each other, and the Percent of Costs field has been removed. * Enterprise only: Validation errors tied to input fields that no longer exist have been removed. * Enterprise only: The EC3 Data export now includes all projects that meet the folder criteria. * Enterprise only: Material Cost and % of WBS Code Cost columns are available but hidden by default in some enterprise instances. * Enterprise only: Campus options have been updated so the correct campus can be selected. ### Bug fixes * Deleting a month in the Project Planner no longer deletes a different month. * Saving is no longer blocked when the same concrete EPD is used on multiple elements. * The quantity table no longer becomes unresponsive after "Expand all" in the Project Planner. * The Project Planner no longer freezes when a saved material filter value contains "AND" (for example, "SAND"). * Tooltips near the right edge of the Project Planner table no longer display one letter per line. * Account management pages in the administration dashboard no longer return an error that blocked support tasks such as password recovery. * Enterprise only: Several issues have been fixed where saved month data disappeared, was partially deleted, appeared in the wrong month, or where saving a month added or removed unrelated months. * Enterprise only: Months no longer appear empty when they contain data, and steel quantities are no longer removed across months without user action. * Enterprise only: Material costs now persist after saving, and the Material Cost column is shown again in the building model. * Enterprise only: Monthly section entries no longer go blank when adding new elements, and % of WBS code can be entered again. * Enterprise only: Project work now saves correctly. ### Security * Security updates and patches have been applied. *** ## 171.3.7 | 2026-09-01 ### Summary This update delivers significant enhancements to enterprise project management workflows, including new data fields for tracking construction documentation requirements, cost codes, review statuses, and scope categories. Several bug fixes address EPD selection in Material Search, project saving reliability, an incorrect carbon baseline in Building Analysis, and performance degradation in Building Projects. Professional account registration requirements have been relaxed, and the update includes security updates. ### New Features * Enterprise only: A "Review Status" column has been added to the element table. * Enterprise only: "Building Number or Name" and "Building Type" per-element choice fields have been added. * Enterprise only: "Documentation Requirement Type", "Work Completed - This Period (Cost)", "Action Items" and "Ball in Court" per-element custom fields have been added. * Enterprise only: An Invoice Report rollup / project list view is available for downloading multiple projects at once. * Enterprise only: "Review Status" has been split into "Invoice Data Reviewed" and "EPD & Quantity Data Review". * Enterprise only: A "Scope Category" per-element field has been added. * Enterprise only: A "Duplicate Month" capability has been added to the invoice view. ### Improvements to existing features * EC3 Connector reliability has been improved by addressing a high failure rate and a timeout mismatch. * Professional account registration now requires Employer only; Profession fields are no longer required. * Project saving performance has been improved. * Enterprise only: Cost fields have been updated to the Capital Allocation Request (CAR) ID format, with updated workflow-state dependencies for the CAR cost field. * Enterprise only: Design Template fields have been updated. * Enterprise only: The "Cost Code" (WBS) field now accepts free-form text instead of numbers only. * Enterprise only: Building Type column visibility has been updated. * Enterprise only: Cost Code and Work Completed fields are now editable on parent rows. * Enterprise only: RECs Purchased and related documentation fields are now hidden. * Enterprise only: EC3 Data export columns have been updated. ### Bug fixes * EPD selection no longer fails when filtering by manufacturer in Material Search. * The Asphalt category in the openEPD Statistics API no longer returns a null value that caused errors in the EC3 Connector. * Line items in Projects now display mass instead of length where expected. * The Preferences gear button in the Project Planner no longer freezes the model view. * The Sankey diagram in Building Analysis now shows the correct 2021 CLF Baseline for hot-rolled sections. * "Other" elements no longer regenerate on their own and degrade performance in Building Projects. * Errors in material-filter field collection no longer cause HTTP 500 responses. * Backend crashes in materialized geography functions and in EPD material spec processing have been fixed. * Enterprise only: Cost Code values are now saved correctly. * Enterprise only: Invoice Number no longer shows an incorrect "Cannot be empty" validation error. * Enterprise only: A project save failure that caused data loss has been fixed. * Enterprise only: Changing a project's campus code no longer clears Building Number or Name selections. * Enterprise only: Copy Element now copies custom field values. ### Security * Security updates and patches have been applied. *** ## 171.3.3 | 2026-02-04 ### Summary This update improves data accuracy and reliability across EPDs and reports, expands supplier and classification capabilities, strengthens security and authentication, and resolves several issues to provide a smoother experience across all instances. ### New Features * Enterprise only: A new Supplier ID field is now available in enterprise instances, improving supplier identification and downstream reporting. * Enterprise only: Training content in enterprise instances now supports images and videos, making onboarding and learning materials easier to access. * Enterprise only: Authentication and application storage access have been updated in enterprise instances to use more secure, modern authentication methods. ### Improvements to existing features * Several HVAC and mechanical system classifications have been updated, including VRF Systems, Heat Pumps, and Water-cooled Chillers, to improve data completeness and accuracy. * A new 365-day option has been added to the *Compressive Strength – Other Days* dropdown to support additional concrete reporting scenarios. * Validation for the Project Purchase Order field has been removed to simplify data entry and reduce workflow friction. * Enterprise only: The Archive workflow state can now be selected at any time in enterprise instances, making project state management more flexible. * Enterprise only: Automated reports in enterprise instances have been improved to ensure supplier, intensity, and building-level data is fully and consistently included. ### Bug fixes * Multiple issues affecting EPD uploads, images, and synchronization have been resolved, including upload failures, duplicate records, unsupported images, incorrect defaults, and server errors. * The classification progress indicator now correctly reaches 100% when all required fields are completed. * Entering quantities no longer causes the cursor to jump unexpectedly. * Material definition errors related to plumbing piping materials have been corrected. * Exporting large project Excel reports no longer results in timeout errors. * Enterprise only: Issues causing missing or inconsistent values in enterprise reports have been fixed. ### Post-Release Hotfixes * Projects now save changes properly across all tenants. * A backend error that caused project saves to fail with a 500 error has been resolved. * Enterprise only: Authentication using Azure identity now works correctly in enterprise instances after fixing missing configuration in the deployment setup. * Enterprise only: System credentials are now correctly applied across environments for enterprise instances, preventing runtime authentication failures. *** ## 171.3.2 | 2025-11-05 *** ## 171.3.1 | 2025-10-22 *** ## 171.3.0 | 2025-10-14 *** ## 171.2.3 | 2025-10-01
