Upon encountering a bug, error or crash you could file a bug report to the C-Change Labs Support Team. To do this, go to Help > Report a Bug command in the EC3 ribbon.
In the Bug Report window, click the Generate logs button and choose the resulting zip-file location.
After the logs are generated, Windows Explorer will open automatically highlighting the created zip-file.
Now you could click the URL in the Report a Bug dialog which will create an email in your default email client. Then you could describe your issue in the email, manually attach the logs zip-file you just created and send it to the C-Change Labs Support Team (autodesk_support@buildingtransparency.org).
The following kinds of data are included in the logs:
Tally Climate Action Tool (tallyCAT) logs: the plugin and Revit information, errors, etc.;
Tally Climate Action Tool (tallyCAT) export data: the raw data acquired from a Revit project during an export - mainly, names and quantities or Revit elements and materials;
Tally Climate Action Tool (tallyCAT) Library Indexer logs: the Library Indexer information, errors, etc.
Revit journal files.
