Export to EC3 / Synchronize with EC3

If this is the first export of the current Revit to EC3, this command will be called Export to EC3.

Otherwise, it will be called Synchronize with EC3.

In any case, clicking it will start the export/synchronization process with the settings previously configured in the Manage Scope dialog. Clicking the Export/Synchronize button in the Manage Scope dialog will basically do the same thing.
